Conditions of doctorate degree registration

Required documents which related to the doctorate degree registration of the assistant lecturer:

1- Approval of the department council to register the doctorate degree.
2- Original Master Degree certification.
3- Registration form.
4- 3 personal photos + copy of birth certification + copy of national ID card.
5- Tow files.
6- 30 pounds stamps from the college exchequer.
7- 5 pounds stamps.

Required documents which related to the doctorate degree registration of the free doctor:

1- Approval of the department council to register the doctorate degree.
2- Origin Master Certification.
3- Registration form.
4- 3 personal photos.
5- Tow files.
6- 30 pounds stamps from the college exchequer.
7- 5 pounds stamps.
8- Free doctor certification.
9- Letter from Doctors association certifies the doctor’s resignation.
10- 1300 pounds semester expenses.

Required documents which related to doctorate degree registration of the physician which related to Ministry of Health:

1- Approval of the department council to register the doctorate degree.
2- Original Master Certification.
3- Registration form.
4- 3 personal photos.
5- Tow files.
6- 30 pounds stamps from the college exchequer.
7- 5 pounds stamps.
8- Approval of Ministry of Health.
9- Letter from the doctor’s association certify the physician’s resignation.
10- 1300 pounds semester expenses
