Unit's Objectives

The unit's objectives are to develop the university performance and distinguish it in line with the objectives of the quality assurance center at the university through:

1- Spreading the quality culture of the educational process and establishing an integrated system that ensures continuous development and excellence of university performance.
2- Description of the strategic plan, Study program, the curriculum and courses with taking into account the continuous improvement in its level to conform to modern national standards.

3- Establish an integrated database and files for the Faculty's quality unit and the courses which it provides.
4 - Continuous self-evaluation of the faculty's activities as well the performance of the quality unit by using objective mechanisms such as polling models and annual reports of the faculty departments.
5- Perform a SWOT analysis in all Faculty activities, study programs, quality process activity, as well Making proposals for continuous improvement and limited time action plans.
6- Effective communication with the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Center at the university and the Ministry of Higher Education and quality assurance units in the university faculties and medical colleges in other universities.
